We're seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a full-time Youth & Worship Pastor at Eagle Ridge Bible Fellowship (ERBF). This role is instrumental in leading our youth to grow in their faith and in guiding our congregation in meaningful worship through music. Key responsibilities include providing vision and leadership for youth ministry, coordinating and leading weekly youth nights and special events, and discipling youth through mentorship and relationship building. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the worship ministry's administration, guiding the worship planning process, coordinating vocalists and instrumentalists, and leading worship services. The Youth & Worship Pastor will also recruit and train volunteers, support parents, and ensure the smooth transition from children’s to junior church programs.

Candidates should be committed Christians seeking or holding ERBF membership, with strong planning, organizational, and administrative skills. The ability to train and equip worship team volunteers, work collaboratively with staff and volunteers, and build supportive relationships with all church ministries is essential. We value maturity, compassion, discretion, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an educational background in ministry (undergrad or graduate degree) and a minimum of 3 years of church staff experience, with experience in leading worship and proficiency in playing an instrument while leading. Beneficial skills include choral conducting and knowledge of sound systems, media, lighting, and audio recording/editing.
