The four-fold liturgical struct ure is a transformational tool that gathers a community together\, helps t hem to receive the Word\, gives them an opportunity to respond to the Word \, and sends them out with that Word to continue to participate in the wor k of God in the world. Can you be yourself and be others focu sed at the same time? \nAbout Shar Warkentin:\nShar's ministry as a worsh ip leader began in the context of her family's music ministry but was more formalized while working in Edmonton at North American Baptist College. A fter a move to BC and almost 20 years as a worship pastor in Coquitlam\, S har returned to the bible college environment where she mentored\, coached and trained musicians and aspiring worship leaders as the Worship Arts As sociate at Columbia Bible College in Abbotsford for 15 years. Recently Sha r has transitioned to the role of Associate Dean of Students.
