ERBF is actively recruiting for an individual to fill the role of Part-time ADMINISTRATOR. The individual will be required to thrive in a multi-faceted role, demonstrate care for people and communicate with a diverse community of stakeholders in a diplomatic and professional manner. The role is currently a part-time job share. Days and hours of work are open for discussion based on the needs of ERBF and/or the job share partner.
Reporting to the Lead Pastor and in accordance with the Eagle Ridge Bible Fellowship (ERBF) statement of faith, governing policies, and in harmony with other church ministries, the Administrator plays a key role in support of the church and building activities.
The role is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting, administering long and short-term rental agreements, reception, and administrative functions. Reception and administrative duties include maintaining accurate and up to date information on the church website, as well as acting as a liaison with external agencies and the public.
A certificate or diploma in bookkeeping and a minimum of 5 year’s administration experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
