Annual General Meeting (DATE CHANGE)

While we had planned to run our AGM via Zoom, we are pivoting this year’s meeting from an over reliance on technology to an opportunity to safely come together. The AGM is now scheduled to be a live meeting in our church sanctuary on Monday, June 22 at 7 pm. (rather than via zoom on the 14th). This is an important milestone in the life of the church. We encourage you to be part of it. Revised agenda packages are available in the "Downloads" below. Since we are limited to 50 participants due to health guidelines, we ask you to register by email (elders@erbf.com) or by phone by June 21st (604-464-2416). There is lots of room in our sanctuary for 50 to attend yet still be physically distant. Hand sanitizer is available. Masks are required, and some will be provided. Please note the separate ENTRY and EXIT doors.  We look forward to gathering safely with you.
