Make plans to join a FREE film screening of Common Territory taking place on September 30th, 12-1:30pm at the High Street Cineplex Theatre, 3122 Mount Lehman Rd., Unite J200.
An initiative of Community Belonging Collaborative of Abbotsford (CBCA) and High Street Cineplex Cinemas. This is a locally made documentary weaving together the stories of newcomers and Indigenous peoples, exploring themes of displacement, belonging, and cultural preservation within the traditional territories of the Stó:lō peoples (Fraser Valley area).
In honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation the MCC BC Indigenous Neighbours program is hosting this Common Territory film screening.
