Join the 2025 MCC School Kit Challenge – Help Fill 600 Bags!
Our church is once again participating in MCC’s School Kit Challenge! In 2025, MCC hopes to collect 25,000 school kits to support children around the world. Our Ladies Sewing Bee has already sewn over 600 cloth bags — let’s see how many we can fill together!
Why it Matters
Notebooks and pencils are treasures for families who struggle to access or afford school supplies. MCC school kits are often requested after disasters as they help bring a sense of normalcy to children whose families have been forced to flee their homes.
Assemble a school kit and help equip children with the tools they need for learning!
How You Can Help
- Donate Funds: Monetary donations are the most helpful. We buy items in bulk and on sale, allowing us to stretch every dollar. Each kit costs about $10.
