Here is a brief update from Duane & Adeline Neufled on progress at the new MDS build site they are overseeing in Lytton, BC.
"We have been working at a very fast pace. In the first four-day week, we formed and poured the footings and insulated concrete forms(Lego style, styrofoam style) for the crawl space walls. The following week, the floor joists were placed with the plywood floor nailed on. This week, the exterior walls went up with nearly no wind, and the following day, the interior walls went up.
We've had a couple of very windy days, with gusts up to 90km/h—it's not easy to hold material steady.
Today we, have a small crew from Chilliwack to lead the truss installation. We are praying for no wind.
We've met the client family a few times and have really enjoyed getting to know them.
Ron and Bob took a bike cruise to Lytton to say an ERBF hello and have a coffee. Thanks guys!
Enjoy the photos, and we appreciate your prayers for safety."
