Dear Stillwood Community,

We are saddened to share that Stillwood has experienced a significant break in our main water line. Despite working closely with Fraser Health and our contractors, repairs cannot be completed until Monday, August 17, 2026, and Fraser Health has advised that campers cannot be on site until the repairs are finished.

As a result, all overnight and day camps scheduled for this upcoming week have been cancelled.

We know how disappointing this is for the nearly 300 campers and families who were looking forward to their time at Stillwood. Our staff has spent months preparing for this summer, and we are deeply disappointed that we cannot welcome them this week.

This cancellation also has a significant financial impact. Most of our summer expenses, including staff, food, supplies, and programming, have already been committed. Along with other challenges this summer, Stillwood is currently facing an approximately $200,000 financial shortfall.

We also ask our community to pray for Stillwood, our staff, the repair crews, and the campers and families affected by this cancellation. If you can make an additional gift toward our emergency costs, your generosity would be deeply appreciated.
